  • Joseph & Michelle Quinn, DVM

    Drs. Joe and Chelly Quinn graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1986.  Town East Galloway Animal Clinic was opened in March 1991.  The goal has always been to operate an animal clinic that permeates with a family atmosphere and employs outstanding, friendly staff.  We believe in treating our clients the same way we would want to be treated.

    Drs. Joe and Chelly have three children; Clay, Jill and Josh.  Clay and Jill have both graduated from college and Josh is currently a senior at Sunnyvale High School.  The Quinn'™s have three dogs at home that include Cooper, Whistle and Sunny.  Cooper accompanies Dr. Chelly to work most days and is her faithful running buddy.  When not at the clinic, they can often be found at Josh's sporting events.  If not participating or watching in sports, they are also involved with several community service organizations and board members for other community driven projects.

  • Kristen Decker

    Dr. Kristen Decker is a 2013 graduate of Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Decker joined Town East-Galloway Animal Clinic in December of 2013.  She is passionate about small animal medicine, especially preventive care.  Dr. Decker has two cocker spaniels at home, Kasey and Isabella.

  • Leah Lobnitz

    Dr. Leah Marie Lobnitz grew up in Sunnyvale, Texas.  She is a graduate of Sunnyvale Junior High and North Mesquite High School (’04). She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.  Leah loves reading, anything pertaining to the great outdoors, and hanging out with her family, her dog, Ady Gil, and her one-eyed cat, Pirate.  She has been a member of the TEGAC family since 2009 and is happy to be returning home.

  • Ashley Lewis

    Dr. Ashley Lewis is our newest associate that we are very excited to welcome to TEGAC!  She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M Universitys College of Veterinary Medicine.  Before moving back to where she was raised, she practiced at a small animal veterinary practice in East Texas.  She has two small boys at home that keep her busy along with all of her Great Danes.

  • Mindy Hambleton

    Mindy Hambleton became a full-time groomer for TEGAC in 1991 after completing VTI Grooming School the year prior.  Mindy has worked at Town East-Galloway Animal Clinic as a groomer for the last 22 years and loves making the dogs feel better and look good.  Mindy does a great job not only making your pets look good but also easing their anxiety while getting their hair cut.  At home she has two dogs, Mocha and Destiny and a cat, Kitty.

  • Jo Carlin

    Jo Carlin is the office manager for TEGAC and has been a part of the team since 1991, resulting in 26 years in the veterinary industry.  She loves both the animals and people and has an amazing memory when it comes to remembering clients and their pets.  She attended and graduated from Cooke County College.  She has lots of fur babies at home including Zues and JC as well as her cats, Lucy, Ty and Heathcliff.

  • Carrie Clark

    Carrie Clark became a veterinary technician at TEGAC in 2006 and has served in the veterinary industry for the last 19 years.  Carrie most recently began working as a receptionist and loves being a part of people's lives as well as their pets. Carrie received an Associate's degree in veterinary technology from Cedar Valley in 1997. At home, Carrie has three dogs; Zorro, Seagate and Linux.

  • Janna McConn

    Janna McConn joined the TEGAC team in March of 1997 as a kennel technician but chose to become a receptionist pretty quickly.  She appreciates that there is never a dull moment in the veterinary industry, every day is different and there is never a dull moment.  Janna received a Bachelor'€™s degree in journalism from the University of Kansas.  Biskit, her only dog was recently stripped of her title when a stray dog, Hazey joined the family.

  • Michelle Cardenas

    Michelle Carrasco started working at TEGAC in 2010 and has been in the veterinary industry for six years.  Her favorite part about being a receptionist at TEGAC is meeting new people and seeing all of the pets.  She graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1992.  She has one dog, Baby Boy, who lives up to his name.

  • Katie Dorsey

    Katie is a technician at Town East-Galloway Animal Clinic and has been a part of of the family for the last nine years.  She currently has three dog babies at home that are forced to mind by her little girl, Emry.  Katie loves working with animals and feels that she is doing exactly what she has been called to do.  Katie does a great job of listening to the owners and being sympathetic to the pets.

    Sarah began working at TEGAC last summer as our bather.  She has since promoted to groomer and is working hard to ensure that each pet leaves here looking and feeling great!

  • Melody Dyson

    Mel began working at TEGAC as a veterinary technician in 2009 but has been in the veterinary industry for the past 11 years.  She really enjoys working with the animals and helping educate people to ensure they can take the best possible care of their pets.  Mel received an Associates degree in business from Midwestern State University.  One of Mel's greatest strengths is easing the anxiety of both the pet and the owner by providing strong patient care.  At home she has three dogs:  Gracie, Taz and Rosie.

    Lauren Merrell serves as the practice manager for Town East Galloway Animal Clinic.  She has an Australian shepherd and dachshund that both join her at work most days, Harper and Ethyl.

  • Jessica Stewart

    Jessica joined TEGAC in the fall of 2013.  Before moving to the Dallas area, she worked as a technician in San Antonio.  Jessica is often referred to as the cat whisperer because cats respond really well to her.  If you see a handsome young man hanging out here, it is probably Jessica's son, Daylan.

    Courtney began working at Town East-Galloway Animal Clinic in 2014.  Prior to joining TEGAC, she worked at the Farmers Branch Animal Shelter where she gained valuable experience in patient care.  She loves the nursing aspect of veterinary medicine and ensuring all animals are treated with great care.

  • Suzanne Morris

    Suzanne Morris has been a part of the Town East-Galloway Animal Clinic since 2007.  She is responsible for making sure that the animals that stay with us while their families are gone.  She does a great job of making sure that all of the animals get special attention while here and that the instructions left by the owners are properly followed.  Suzanne has several dogs, cats, three horses and two goats at home.

    Martiza Perez began working at Town East Galloway Animal Clinic in the spring of 2015 after finishing their Veterinary Technology Program.  She has jumped in with both feet and quickly become an asset to our team.  At home, she stays busy with her three children.

    Rianna joined the TEGAC team in 2015.  She makes sure that all of the grooms dogs are clean for their grooms or if they are here for a bath that they smell good before going home.  Rianna is a very hard worker that also enjoys training her German Shepard puppy, Mossberg, or taking care of her horses.

    Carrie began working at TEGAC in the Spring of 2015.  She has been a technician for years prior to moving to Mesquite.  She has cats at home that keep her busy.
